We use the medium of film and all aspects of the creative industries to promote integration of the African community with the Scottish community in order to achieve skills acquisition and development. We strongly believe that integration of different communities and races helps minimise issues and challenges around racism and discrimination. Most of our beneficiaries have proceeded to having a better working relationship with people from other ethnic backgrounds that they met on our projects and have further progressed into having better opportunities working and living with one another which was a challenge before they came on board to participate with us.
